When investing overseas it's important to ask the right questions about the development upfront. Without this you are instantly at risk of losing your reservation fee. Your solicitors job is to carry out the full due diligence before you pay your deposit.
Every property we promote must pass our due diligence checks before we can advertise it. We have a series of 'Frequently Asked Questions' which comprises our Due Diligence Questionnaire which is given to developers at the outset, we take no further action on a property until the due diligence questionnaire is completed. We have a partnership with international charity called Habitat for Humanity.
For every sale we make, we make a donation towards building homes for those who are homeless or living in poverty housing. In October 2008, we raised enough funds to build 9 houses in the town of Pune in India. That's now 45 people no longer homeless. Just partnered with a charity sending survival boxes to Japan and negotiating if safe to go out there and help build for the homeless 10 people will be saved per box from us.
