- You instantly have a range of properties worldwide updated regular for your sales so you do not lose clients.
- All of our properties advertised have passed our strict Due Diligence questionnaire most are with developers and other property partners worldwide giving you more access to safe properties from a safe network.
- All of our property partners have legal agreements making sure we are paid our commission for deals sold by you.
- We have courses and inspection trips which you will be put on we can help you close sales too.
- Our Back office will help you with sales administration from start to finish of a deal and commission payments.
- You can either trade in your own company name and get our white label website which we highly recommend or trade as a company rep with Sunsplash Homes giving you an email account and signature.

- Our commissions range from 1 to 18% we work on a 50/50 split. Or less if we have to close deals for you.
- We will be happy for you to upload your deals on to our system for a 50/50 split just pick this option.
- You will have use of our back office system with your own password. Enabling you to view your clients upload your properties and search our database of properties.

Our 'White Label' web page is the way forward for great networks.
Our white label unbranded page will be added to your website as an overseas property section giving you and your clients all access to of our properties, updated daily for you . Our web designer will liaise with you and blend this page into your website as an overseas page keeping your website updated with our latest deals which come in daily. Every client who chooses to be contacted will complete a small form on this page with your logo. An email will be sent to both you and to us at Sunsplash Homes and a local International Property Finder shall be in contact shortly thereafter informing you a client have interest in a property for sale. A lead for all of us! Commission is 50% split of what we get if you sell one of our properties. A Win Win situation for all of us.
Our Social Enterprise
We are fully aware of the environment we are all in, particularly having our International presence. As a company we take all areas seriously and believe in giving back. We are concerned about our clients, your needs and our environment but we also help the homeless.
Our social enterprise is called "Buy a Home Give a Home". For every purchase made we donate some of our commission to a company called "Habitat for Humanity". This contribution helps a family no longer be homeless. It's our way of giving back!
