Sunsplash Law act as an independent company liaising with developers ensuring the correct Due Diligence has been carried out on each development. Sunsplash Law works as an international legal referral agency liaising with clients and lawyers worldwide through-out the transactions enabling a safe and swift purchase.

Initial Choice of Countries Worldwide:
We are currently offering in excess of 200 developments worldwide you will be given a selection of approved deals. If your client wants another deal please refer this to a Worldwide Property Finder or enquiries@sunsplashhomes.com. We will do the rest and pay you a commission split between you and the Worldwide Property Finder.

Business Coaching
This is a voluntary service where you will be put into a mastermind group of 3 to talk about future business goals and a group goal once a week. You could either meet or call on the phone. The benefits are amazing and you have to request to be put in one. There may be a wait as these get filled up fast and it must be a group of 3.
White Label Web Page
Our white label unbranded pages can be added to your website as an overseas property section for you to achieve more leads. Our web designer will liaise with you and blend this page into your website as an overseas page keeping your website updated with our latest deals which come in daily. Every client who chooses to be contacted will complete a small form on this page with your logo. An email will then be sent to you and to us at Sunsplash Homes. Shortly thereafter a local Worldwide Property Finder shall be in touch and shall advise you of the progress through out. A lead for all of us!

Database management
When you join us you get your own login and password with this you can view your clients and activity at anytime. You can upload your database of clients or properties either manually or use our bulk import system. This is extremely safe and all clients will be 'tagged' to you. So if a client goes to your website or even www.sunsplashhomes.com we will all be notified by email if they make an enquiry. It's a really simple safe system that will give us peace of mind and money while we are sleeping. This service is FREE!
Sunsplash House Party
A growing trend for many successful sales scheme are home parties. If you are old enough you might remember Tupperware Parties! If you like presentations, get a small group of friends together for a presentation. We can provide you with power-point presentation for specific deals. You could offer this as a way of making money for someone who wants to hold a Sunsplash Party and give them a commission split. Just ask us for promotional material such as: Roller Banners, Power-point Presentations, Videos etc, we will make your presentation as interesting as you would like. Each party could be a theme e.g. Spanish theme or even a Sunsplash Caribbean Party!
Our Social Enterprise
We are fully aware of the environment we are in - especially being an international business. As a company we take all areas seriously and believe in giving back to society. We are concerned about clients, your needs, our environment, and our social enterprise focuses on helping the homeless. Our social enterprise is called: "Buy a Home Give a Home". For every purchase we donate a proportion of our commission to a company called "Buy one Give One Free". This contribution helps a family no longer be homeless. It's our way of giving back!

e.g.: based on a purchase price of £200,000 and an average gross commission of 2%, i.e.; £4,000.00. £500 goes to our Social Enterprise Buy a Home Give a Home. £3500 x 50% = 1750
Ok to get started:
Join us on become a partner as a property consultant or both an agent too if you have properties to sell.
- Download agreement, sign two copies, scan and email enquiries@sunsplashhomes.com or post to us so we can activate you.
- You will need Microsoft Outlook Express (or equivalent) to have a Sunsplashhomes email and signature, email sunsplash@seventhwavemedia.co.uk to arrange email signature.
- You will need to be set up with our business address and call centre, please arrange by emailing enquiries@sunsplashhomes.com.
- You will need Business Cards, email enquiries@sunsplashhomes.com.
- For parties you will need a laptop and projector, sound equipment, roller banners etc, email: enquiries@sunsplashhomes.com.
- You will need Brochures and to be booked onto relevant courses, email: enquiries@sunsplashhomes.com.
- For all above it's not compulsory, however, please be prepared to make a small investment for equipment and stationery etc.
