The Service

We use our expertise to guide you through the process of buying abroad - from initial brief through to successful completion.

1. Initial no obligation consultation

The first step is arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements in detail. This is an opportunity to create a search brief that will be unique to you and reflect your preferences and investment criteria.

At this point we can also offer advice on any aspect of purchasing abroad including finance, tax, risk, etc.

2. Property search

Once we have the search brief and you want us to proceed we can go out to the market and search for international properties that meet your requirement. Properties that most closely meet your requirement will be presented to you for you to consider and a bespoke investment plan prepared.

3. Viewings

Once you have found the properties that you like, and if you would like to view, we will make the necessary arrangements for you to view them.

4. Negotiation

Once you have selected your international property we are happy to assist with the negotiation. Good negotiating skills can often result in significant savings. We can refer you to our legal and finance departments for their assistance.

5. Completion

Once a purchase is agreed we can oversee and manage the process through to completion.

Fees

Investment Planning Service

We are totally independent and work only for you, we take time to understand your needs and prepare a bespoke international property investment plan providing for as many investment properties as you desire. Our specialty is building international property portfolios and as such we ensure you receive the best returns for your money.

Finance and Law

Our finance and legal departments can provide a further service to you. They can assist with your international mortgage and your international legal requirements.
